Armed with ‘technical expertise’, Afrique Advisors assists with both corporate and individual taxation. This includes complex matters such as aspects of international law as well as representing clients in tax disputes before national tax authorities. The department is headed by ’highly competent’ Laila Slassi, supported by Meryem Lahlou and Khadija Zoulali . Slassi specialises in the tax structuring of cross-border transactions while Lahlou and Zoulali advise clients on the tax consequences of M&A and joint ventures.
