Key clients include leading financial institutions, corporates, multilateral agencies, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors/developers and government bodies. In the firm’s Bangkok office, Sarah Wilson, who specialises in structured and major cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on project and asset finance matters, jointly leads the team alongside Singapore-based James Mythen, who handles M&A, joint ventures and private equity mandates. Senior associate Joshua Htet operates from the firm’s London office and assists on energy and infrastructure projects. Following its merger with Shearman & Sterling, the team now includes Singapore-based Bill McCormack.
