Richard-Jan Roks leads the construction practice at Kennedy Van der Laan. Active in both contentious and non-contentious work, he is known for his work in the healthcare sector where he advises on both construction and procurement law issues. - Assisted Future prove Shipping, an building project concerning retrofitting an inland container vessel fuelled 100% by green hydrogen, with drafting the building contract for the retrofit of the vessel.
