The Benelux-based data protection and cybersecurity team at NautaDutilh primarily handles data protection compliance issues, advising its local and international clients on data privacy matters that often cross over into other practice areas such as finance and employment. Other than advisory work, the team also handles data protection litigation such as contentious data subject rights requests and issues involving sensitive personal data. TMT specialist Joris Willems leads the practice focusing on IT outsourcing, data monetisation, and cyber security. Terrence Dom, Sarah Zadeh, Danique Knibbeler, and Anke Holtland all assist with the full range of data privacy matters.
