Sinninghe Damsté is known for her expertise in multi-jurisdictional litigation and is experienced in representing clients before arbitral tribunals, the Enterprise Chamber and the Netherlands Commercial Court. Fellow team lead Jelle Drok is a commercial litigation and arbitration specialist. Restructuring and insolvency litigation is handled by Michael Broeders. Disputes involving innovative technology and follow-up proceedings in the field of competition law also form part of the practice.
