The employment and pensions practice at Houthoff combines contentious and non-contentious expertise to advise on the employment aspects of M&A, reorganisations, and pensions litigation. The team also assists with wider pension portfolios, executive dismissals and appointments, and collective labour agreements. Practice head Jet Stolk is regularly sought out by both employers and employees to assist with corporate employment law matters.
