Maria Benbrahim leads the employment practice at Hogan Lovells International LLP, which focuses on assisting clients with corporate employment law matters such as restructurings, M&A, collective dismissals, and executive arrangements. Multi-jurisdictional issues such as outsourcing arrangements are also key.   • Assisting Red Hat with coordinating a global outsourcing from Nokia to the client in 31 different jurisdictions across the world, involving the transition of approximately 400 employees.
