Work highlights

  • Representing Kabeldistrict, a joint venture by Amvest and Kondor Wessels, in the legal proceedings regarding the redevelopment of an industrial site in Delft, to develop a mixed use area with ca. 3.500 houses and 34.000 m2 business space.
  • Assisting SABIC in the legal proceedings regarding the waste water permit for the Chemelot site, a very complex permit which covers all the waste water of the users of the site, and contains a new innovative approach to substances.
  • Assisting and representing Prologis in negotiations and disputes with a municipality over the acquisition of a greenfield site, linked to the 'Didam' case, in which the Supreme Court ruled that a public procedure with competition must also be followed when selling land.
