- Representing Buma/Stemra in a lawsuit involving allegations that it is acting unlawfully by failing to restrain bars from utilising the Spotify music platform, as well as involving issues regarding distribution licensing tariffs, and the efficiency of the Netherlands’ tariff structure for music performance royalties.
