- Advising ASN Impact Investors on a unique umbrella fund structure in the Netherlands, restructuring of all of its managed Euronext listed funds by dividing its funds into AIFs and UCITS, structuring a unique new Biodiversity fund, and the division of all these (sub-) funds into different share classes for institutional investor distribution.
