NautaDutilh‘s Rotterdam-based private equity cohort is co-led by ’outstanding private equity lawyer’ Joost den Engelsman who has noteworthy experience handling the range of cross-border M&A transactions, alongside corporate and securities specialist Gaike Dalenoord. The team assists its client portfolio on noteworthy acquisitions and contemplated acquisitions which often involve multi-millions in value.
