The team is led by Jessica Terpstra, who is based in London but regularly splits her time between London and Amsterdam. Terpstra focuses on international financial transactions and is particularly adept at real estate financing. In Rotterdam, Michel Klijn is well versed in numerous contract types including DBFMO and EPC, and advises on construction, infrastructure and energy-related matters.
