The team is well versed in assisting in renewable energy projects for a number of asset classes including wind farms, solar parks, hydrogen, geothermal, water and waste. Over the last year, the practice has been active in data centre developments as well as infrastructure and transport investments and project financings. Zeeger de Jongh leads the Amsterdam team and excels in energy and renewable-related project finance, while co-lead Jochem Spaans is well-versed in environmental law and spatial planning law. Co-head Leon Hoppenbrouwers is the go-to for commercial real estate transactions and co-lead Werner Runge specialises in project financing, PP/PFI projects and structured real estate transactions.
