Houthoff‘s real estate practice is led by expert Herman Lohman who excels in advising on international and cross-border transactions and redevelopments. The sizeable team is based across both Amsterdam and Rotterdam and advises both domestic and international real estate developers, investors, construction companies and banks. The firm has a strong team of notaries including Lohman, Jan Cees Kuiken, Lucas Louwerier and Dolf de Jong. Over the last year its been active in a number of large-scale urban renewable plans and developments as well as advising investors and funds on transactions involving turnkey developments and commercial tenancy law. Kuiken, Louwerier and Anna Wijnans stand out for their work in the transactional space, while de Jong handles issues involving property law, contract law and notarial law.
