Van Doorne‘s real estate practice combines expertise in real estate transactions, notarial real estate, real estate finance, tenancy law and tax to provide its clients with the full range of real estate services. The team is well versed in a number of real estate asset classes such as offices, logistics, residential, retail and healthcare. Civil law notary Annerie Ploumen focuses on real estate transactions, and co-leads the practice alongside property development and construction specialist Mark Moolhuizen, cross-border commercial real estate expert and civil notary Ariën van Heesen and M&A expert Steffen Alleman. Maarten Tinnemans joined the team in August 2022, further strengthening the practice with his skills in real estate transactions, transfer of real estate companies and security rights. Jordie Bakker is noted for his ’keen commercial insight’; he handles issues involving turnkey real estate transactions, construction law and project development. Andy Furr is also a key contact.
