The team is well versed in a number of real estate asset classes such as offices, logistics, residential, retail and healthcare. Civil law notary Annerie Ploumen focuses on real estate transactions, and co-leads the practice alongside property development and construction specialist Mark Moolhuizen, cross-border commercial real estate expert and civil notary Ariën van Heesen and M&A expert Steffen Alleman.
