With Chantal Presilli, the firm is also able to represent clients in tax disputes before the Dutch Supreme Court. Heading the team is Jeroen van Mourik, who advises on international tax treaties and BEPS matters, with a focus on US and Asia-based clients. ‘Outstanding corporate tax partner’ Sylvia Dikmans assists clients with tax matters tied to private equity and M&A deals, and is also noted for her experience in advising Latin American clients on their European tax structures. Rezan Ökten moved to Dentons in June 2023.
