Van Doorne's tax team is geared towards tax advice in relation to mid-market transactions, where it acts for a range of clients in the financial services, real estate and retail sectors. The practice is also well versed in taking on matters concerning dividend withholding taxes and VAT, in addition to representing clients in disputes with tax authorities. Practice head Rob de Win handles real estate tax matters and issues of indirect tax. Jan Roeland specialises in transactional taxes, including those linked to M&As, IPOs and structured finance, while Sjoerd Stokmans handles international tax structuring and reorganisation matters.
