The team is led by Wouter Vosse, who specialises in cross-border M&A and restructuring taxes; and Servaas van Dooren, who handles the setup of international tax arrangements. Co-founder Jan van den Tooren transitioned to an Of Counsel role in 2023, and continues to advise on strategic client matters.
