Buren
Remaining ‘very much on top of tax policy’ allows Buren to advise its clients on complex tax issues tied to cross-border transactions, with strong ties to Asian and Latin American markets. The team is jointly led by Peter van Dijk, who is ’great with taxes’ and who focuses on Japan, Germany and the CEE region, advising clients on their corporate structures; and ‘excellent practitioner’ Cees-Frans Greeven, who assists clients with their corporate, venture capital and private equity tax matters.
