Work highlights

  • Advised Nostrum Oil & Gas Plc on the restructuring of its external debt. The matter concerned issuing two new debts by the Dutch issuer, as well as negotiations on the tax opinion and restructuring steps covering UK and Dutch tax aspects of the debt-to-equity swap of bonds and accrued interest.
  • Advised Amundi Real Estate on the sale of the Allianz Tower in Rotterdam to a group of investors led by First Sponsor.
  • Advised Pontegadea, the investment vehicle of Inditex/Zara founder Amancio Ortega, on the acquisition of a distribution center in Roosendaal from Blackstone for approximately €100m through a share deal and the related tax aspects, including the negotiation of the tax position.
