The practice is led by Jurjen Bevers, a specialist in restructuring and M&A taxes tied to the oil and gas, construction and shipping sectors; and Heico Reinoud, who assists clients with taxes linked to international transactions. Rezan Ökten joined the team from Houthoff in June 2023 to head the transfer pricing team, advising on restructurings, headquarters cost allocation models and contentious matters. Wesley Boldewijn joined the partnership in April 2023, with a focus on digital economy taxation and transfer pricing.
