Work highlights

Advised UDC Finance Limited on the establishment of a new warehouse trust with Bank of America and their third term securitisation, the largest securitisation in the NZ market.
Advised a joint venture between Genesis Energy and FRV Australia on the development and project financing of the 63 MW Lauriston solar farm - the largest solar farm in New Zealand to reach financial close, with generation expected to commence late 2024.
