The litigation and dispute resolution practice at Dentons delivers strength in representing regional and multinational corporations and financial institutions across such sectors as food, energy, building materials, banking and telecoms in high-value contentious-administrative claims (particularly those involving tax), debt collection actions and contractual disputes. The team is headed by veteran litigator and managing partner Edgard Torres and Elvis Martínez, the former managing partner of Munguia Vidaurre Law, who joined the firm in May 2023, along with associate María José Mendoza, who is skilled in commercial and administrative tax litigation. Key support is provided by associate David Sánchez, who arrived from Consortium Legal in July 2023, and who brings both litigation and arbitration experience.
