Acted for the Defendant, Jaywing plc, a multinational data science led marketing agency and analytical company with revenue for 2022 of over £23m, in a complex matter arising out of a Share Purchase Agreement and alleged failure to make Earn Out payments totalling over £1.25m. The matter was successfully defended at Trial in March 2022.
