The experienced team litigators at Fieldfisher have vast expertise across corporate litigation, professional negligence, insolvency litigation, contentious probate, and contractual disputes. James Lappin is the head of the team, commended for being a ‘very astute litigator’. In addition to Lappin, other key individuals in the team include ’technically excellent’ Daniel Sheehan, and Steven Garry who joined the firm from Pinsent Masons LLP as a director. The size of the team has been bolstered further by the addition of associate Grace Brown from Knights plc, and counsel Verity Quaite, joining the team from 18 St John Street Chambers as a specialist in white-collar-crime.
