TLT’s commercial disputes practice continues to expand, particularly in cases arising from employee movements. Disputes arising from secret commissions and contractual breaches in the energy sector are another growth area, with co-chairs Emma Flower and Julien Luke frequently representing brokers in these matters. Jon Hainey plays a key role in high-profile cases for central government departments, while Claire Graham brings over 20 years of insolvency litigation expertise. The team was further strengthened by Andrew Bayley’s arrival from Addleshaw Goddard in June 2024.
