- Acting for Kay Johnson Gee as administrators of a number of Liverpool property development companies who are pursuing asset recovery and fraud claims in respect of purpose built student accommodation and substantial payments. These claims arise from multiple failed property investment schemes where we acted for a very large group of investors working collectively.
