The commercial litigation group at DAC Beachcroft LLP advises on a wide variety of commercial disputes spanning complex shareholder, contractual, and professional negligence disputes, as well as fraud, insolvency, and procurement matters; the practice also has particular strength in the TMT, healthcare, and insurance sectors. Team head Jan Levinson’s practice is concentrated on IT and outsourcing disputes, property and environmental claims, urgent pre-action injunctions, and product liability matters, while Harald Loeffler has particular expertise in contractual and tortious claims. Sandra Morrison represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract and trading disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of warranty claims, and restrictive covenant disputes.
