Liverpool's Andrew O’Mahony and Manchester’s Richard Cowan co-head the banking and finance group at Brabners LLP, which is noted for its distinctive focus on housing finance, with the team often assisting housing providers with the full range of finance transactions, which is O’Mahoney’s area of experience, and litigation funding, which is Cowan’s area of expertise. The group is also well-versed in matters concerning loan facilities. Manchester’s Helen Burns leads the real estate finance side of the team, and Jennifer Potts departed in December 2023.
