Slater and Gordon‘s clinical negligence practice has broad capabilities, handling a range of work including inquests, stillbirth cases and injuries to elderly patients. Manchester team head Ben Gent has a strong record in litigation, with experience in matters including cauda equina misdiagnosis and neo-natal fatality claims. John Doyle leads the Liverpool team and offers expertise in brain, spinal and birth injury matters. Catastrophic brain injury specialist Helen Lewis is also noted.
