Based between Manchester and Sheffield, CMS acts in an array of redevelopment and infrastructure projects and is leading on significant nuclear power projects across the country, providing commercially-focused advice on all aspects of the built environment. In the transport space, a recent highlight includes acting for the new high-speed train project HS2’s construction partner for the transformation of Euston Station and the construction of the new Birmingham Curzon Street Station, with practice head Chris Hallam leading on the matter.
