DWF‘s energy and natural resources department in the North West covers energy finance work, has seen a broadening of its nuclear practice, and is active in projects relating to electric vehicle charging point infrastructure, green hydrogen production and refueling infrastructure. Based across Liverpool and Manchester, Darren Walsh is the UK and global head of energy, while in Manchester, Catherine Haslam acts on renewable energy projects, concerning wind, solar and biomass projects, as well as energy storage matters. Jonathan Branton has specific experience with the state aid implications for energy-related matters.
