Based in Manchester, the team at Trowers & Hamlins LLP provides the full range of support services including local authority powers and finance rules, procurement, state aid, data and competition law, town centre, housing and regeneration projects. The team is led by real estate specialist Suzanne Benson and now includes Victoria Robertson who joined from Weightmans LLP in April 2022 developing the commercial side of the practice. Building on his experience as an in-house counsel for a regional local authority, Darren Ashworth now leads on a number of major redevelopment projects.
