Michael Mousdale

The Manchester-based team also acts on high-profile PFI contract matters, outsourcing arrangements and disputes. Michael Mousdale has vast experience in procurement work and PFIs and acts on matters in the waste sector, and other key members of the team are Peter Ware and Alex Kynoch who divide their time between Manchester and Nottingham. Bradley Martin also joined the practice in July 2024 from Addleshaw Goddard and now leads the practice following Mousdale's move to a consultancy role.
