  Emma is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years' experience of acting on a wide range of property transactions, with particular expertise in acting on investment acquisitions and development projects involving delivery of purpose-built student accommodation schemes, offices, hospital facilities, leisure facilities, business parks and residential and commercial mixed-use schemes.
