Forbes Solicitors is developing an IP practice from within its commercial law team, based in the firm’s Preston office. The practice handles licensing, trademark registrations and oppositions and the management of trademark portfolios for a number of tech and retail companies. The key names are IP specialist associate Daniel Fletcher – the driving force behind the growth of this practice at the firm – and commercial practice head John Pickervance.
