More informationMore information

Corporate, financing and property-based instructions make up much of the workload for Muckle LLP‘s Newcastle-stationed projects, energy and natural resources team. Following the 2022 arrival of Andrew Coddington - a partner in the banking and restructuring team - the firm has deepened its expertise in the project finance space. Coddington also possesses significant international experience, which he brings to bear on a mix of water, desalination, solar, green, and blue hydrogen project finance mandates. Corporate adviser Andrew Davison assists clients on IPOs, takeovers, M&As and governance issues, while energy and real estate development specialist Libbie Henderson specialises in the regeneration of greenfield and brownfield sites as well as land-based wind, solar and nuclear projects. Lucilla Waugh, head of the construction and engineering team; David Towns, head of the agriculture, estates and rural planning team; and Louise Duffy, head of the banking and restructuring team, are also recommended.
