Jon Fredrik Johansen and Christopher Jensen jointly oversee the group, with Johansen acting as lead counsel on several high-profile equity capital markets transactions and Jensen specialising in bond financings. The group strengthened its securities offering with the August 2023 arrival of Gabrielle Risøe, who joined from an in-house position.
