Bård Sandstad is a Corporate M&A partner, focusing on transactions within the oil, offshore and shipping industries. He has extensive experience with advising in private and capital market transactions, and works with both industrial and financial parties on domestic as well as cross border transactions. Bård has over the years been a key legal and strategic advisor to several of the key players in the oil and offshore industry in many major transactions, mergers and stock exchange listings. Bård has also worked with transactions, corporate litigation and cross border JVs in i.a. USA, U.K., Russia and West Africa.
