Arntzen de Besche

Arntzen de Besche fields a ‘very capable’ construction team with broad expertise that spans disruption claims, major onshore and offshore construction projects, and the full spectrum of infrastructure work. The team is jointly overseen by Wenche Maartmann-Moe and Ole Skeidsvoll Moe, based in Oslo and Trondheim, respectively. Maartmann-Moe has extensive experience advising on large infrastructure projects, PPP contracts and disputes, while Moe primarily works with offshore oil, gas, and aquaculture construction projects. Stian Heimdal assists builders and engineers with all phases of construction projects, including hospital, public transportation, and commercial projects. Kjersti Lerkerød joined the team in February 2023, strengthening its mediation and litigation offering.
