- Represented Betonmast in a principal Supreme Court case related to the question of whether the investigation/rectification of defects is to be considered acknowledgment of liability disrupting the limitation period.
- Represented Marti and Maskinentreprenørenes Forbund (intervener) in a principal Supreme Court case concerning additional remuneration due to increased employer's tax, and the question of whether the developer is entitled to withhold VAT on the withheld remuneration to cover accrued daily fines.
