Wiersholm

Work highlights

Successfully represented Norges Bank Investment Management in an extensive case in Oslo District Court. This is the first lawsuit in Norway where an employee alleged that its employer has breached the equal gender pay rules in the Equality and Discrimination Act.
Assisted the Swedish bank NOBA Bank Group AB with the relevant employment-related issues in connection with the bank's cross-border merger with Bank Norwegian ASA.
