Wikborg Rein has a ‘highly competent’ employment team, which advises on all disciplines within employment law in both the public and private sectors; areas of expertise include collective labour law, pensions issues and GDPR-related mandates. Practice head Christian Backe is an experienced litigator who focuses on a wide range of matters relating to employment and pension law. The team also includes Jan L. Backer, who has particular experience with cases regarding the termination of executives; and Kjersti Borgen, who is highly knowledgeable in collective employment law. Other notable practitioners include litigator Fredrik Gisholt, who focuses on downsizings and individual termination cases; Karoline Moen Brunstad, who advises on reorganisations, downsizings and personnel cases; and new addition to the team, Ine Osland.
