License transactions, E&P development projects, and offshore mandates are key areas of expertise on the oil and gas side, and a core pillar of work for the team includes advising oil and gas companies on the transition into the renewable energy space; the ‘service-minded, efficient, and experienced’ Olav Hasaas oversees the team and is a key contact for the latter. Other core individuals include litigator Asle Bjelland; Siv Madland, who takes point on upstream and oil services industry contract work, and Stig Even Jakobsen, who is the name to note for M&A deals. Kjetil Stensvik left the team in December 2022 and is now at Wiersholm and Camilla Grytten departed to Advokatfirmaet Schjødt in early 2024.
