  • Assisted Gjensidige forsikring and Oso Hotwater with a product liability claim, in relation to a serial defect with some 39,000 water heaters being recalled from the Norwegian market.

Jon Andersen is a recognized attorney in maritime and transportation law, law on torts, insurance law and litigation. He is partner in Ræder's Insurance, Shipping, Marine and Transport team. He is an experienced litigator and is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court. Jon represents a number of large insurance companies and businesses, Norwegian and international, and has extensive experience as advisor in his areas of expertise. He is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator.
