Goud Fjellheim
Partner Goud Fjellheim specialises in litigation, public procurement and contractual law and is well-known for his unique expertise in these areas. He has vast experience from the office of the Attorney General for Civil Affairs and has been admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court since 2007. He counts among his clients many of Norway’s state entities, including the Government, Tax Authority and the Complaints Board. To date, Partner Fjellheim has litigated more than 220 cases in a wide variety of legal areas, particularly within the fields of public procurement, contracts and tax. He has argued 12 cases before the Norwegian Supreme Court and 2 cases before the EFTA-court.
