SANDS’ commercial property team handles a mix of development and transactional mandates, acting for developers, investors and real estate companies across the firm’s broad domestic network of offices. The ‘extremely sharp’ Christian Hartmann oversees the team and has extensive experience in advising companies and syndicates on a wide range of real estate projects, including transactions and developments. Roger Engebretsen takes point on real estate-related tax issues, while Morten Brandhaug handles disputes, contracts and transactions within the commercial property industry. Børge Nygårdshaug joined the team in August 2023, strengthening its transactional offering.
