The practice is co-led by international tax expert Eyvind Sandvik, who assists with tax treaties, acquisitions, restructurings and the establishment of incentive schemes for senior executives, and Rune Tjomsås Andersen, who has broad experience in transactions, disputes and regulatory work, particularly in the oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, aquaculture, shipping and technology sectors. Rudi Hamansen, who assists Norwegian and international clients with the tax aspects of reorganisations and acquisitions, particularly in the real estate space, is also a key practitioner.
