Practice head Anders Myklebust is a tax and company law specialist and has ‘a very strong tax background and very good analytical skills’. Are Zachariassen specialises in issues relating to tax law, company law and stock exchange and securities legislation, while Kaare Andreas Shetelig has ’enormous experience of both litigation and tax law’.
