The group receives mandates from major domestic clients, advising on every step of the project, including the procurement strategy, contract design, and regulatory matters. It has recently acted as counsel to the Ministry of Public Works, advising on the structuring and bidding of a major infrastructure project as a PPP. Founding partner Isabel Cristina López co-heads the team with Jeannette Bravo, highly regarded for her public contracts and regulatory expertise.
