The team represents clients in royalties and breach of contract claims and debt recovery. It has a strong background representing clients in municipal claims and in cases against the public prosecutor’s office. The practice is adept at handling disputes across the telecoms, mining and agribusiness sectors, and boasts expertise in niche areas, such as the livestock industry. Leading arbitrator José Moreno Rodríguez oversees the entire dispute resolution department.
