The dispute resolution team at Altra Legal has notable expertise in international arbitration, representing clients before the Paraguayan Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Centre (CAMP) and handling ICC arbitration cases. The team acts in a range of litigation matters before local courts, and specialises in the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Paraguayan courts. The telecoms and automobile industries have been areas of increased activity for the team in both litigation and arbitration cases, with new clients such as Toyotoshi. Executive director José Antonio Moreno Rodríguez acts as an arbitrator in diverse national and international arbitration tribunals for both commercial and investment disputes. He leads the arbitration team alongside Felicita Argaña, an associate with experience in national and international commercial arbitration and litigation.
